2. Products and Orders

2.1  Product Descriptions and Images: We strive to display accurate product description and images. However we do not guarantee that all the information is error-free, and slight variations may occur due to screen settings, manufacturing processes or material differences.

2.2  Availability: Products are subject to availability. If an item becomes out of stock or unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you and you have the right to choose to wait for restocking, replace the item or request a refund.

2.3  Pricing:

§  Prices are listed in INR and are competitive and update regularly to ensure you get the best deals.

§  Prices may change without prior notice. However, the price you pay at checkout is final.

§  All product prices listed on our website are inclusive of applicable taxes. Shipping charges are added at checkout.

§  If we discover a error in pricing due to technical issue, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.

2.4  Order Confirmation:

§  Orders are processed within 2 business days after payment confirmation.

§  You will receive an email confirmation after placing an order. If you do not receive, please check your spam folder or contact us.

§  If you provide incorrect or incomplete billing details, order may be delayed or cancelled.

3.  Payments

3.1  All payments on our website are processed securely through Razorpay, ensuring a safe and encrypted transaction experience.

3.2  Razorpay supports payment through all major credit/debit cards. UPI, net banking wallets and EMI Options (Subject to eligibility and Razorpay’s terms and conditions).

3.3  Currently we are not accepting cash on delivery (COD).

3.4  If a payment is suspected of fraud, we may cancel the order and notify the authorities.

3.5  We do not store your payment details on our servers. IF your payment fails, please check with your bank or Razorpay.

4.  Shipping and Delivery

4.1  Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2 working days, excluding weekends and holidays.

4.2  Shipping Methods & Costs: Shipping charges are displayed at checkout. Delivery time may vary by location and carrier.

4.3  Delays & Liability: We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by logistics, weather or other unforeseen circumstances. If your order is delayed beyond 5 days, please contact us at 9443249415 with order number.

4.4  International Shipping: International customers are responsible for any custom duties, taxes or import fees required by your country.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1  We will accept return and issue refund only if the wrong item was received or Product received was damaged or defective or has missing parts.

5.2  To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and complete unedited unboxing video (must) within 24 hours of receiving the package.

5.3  Once your return is inspected and approved, we will arrange pickup and the amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 3-7 business days after receiving it by us.

5.4  The product must be unused, in its original packaging and in sellable conditions.

6. Replacement / Exchange

6.1  We will accept replacement / exchange only if the wrong item was received or Product received was damaged or defective or has missing parts.

6.2  The product must be unused, in its original packaging and in sellable conditions.

6.3  To initiate a request for replacement/exchange, please contact our customer service team with your order number and complete unedited unboxing video (must) within 24 hours of receiving the package.

6.4  Once your request is inspected and approved, we will arrange pickup and provide the new product.

7. Cancellation Policy

7.1  Orders can be cancelled only within 24 hours of placing the order and before shipment.

7.2  If your order is cancelled within the allowed period stated above, a full refund will be credited back to your original payment method within 3-7 business days.

8. Product safety

The product must be unused, in its original packaging and in sellable conditions. Our toys are safety tested and comply with Indian safety standards. Products should be used as per age recommendation and under adult supervision where applicable.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

11.3 Maximum Liability: Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.

These terms are governed by the Indian Laws. If a disputes arises, both parties agree to attempt resolution through negotiation or mediation before pursuing legal action. Any Legal claims related to transaction on our website must be filed within Coimbatore Jurisdiction.
