Welcome to KIDZY CASA! We aim to provide a smooth, quick and reliable shipping experience for all our customers across India and Internationally. We take utmost care in shipping of your products.  Please read out shipping policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Shipping Locations

ü  Domestic Shipping (India): We ship to all cities and towns across India, including remote areas.

ü  International Shipping: We offer international shipping to selected countries. Availability and charges based on the location.

2. Order Processing and Dispatch Time

v  Once your order is placed successfully, your ordered products are inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in a perfect condition.

v  We will send you the product image to your whatsapp/ email before the orders are dispatched.

v  Orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours after the order is placed successfully.

v  But the processing time may take longer during peak seasons, festive sales or unexpected delays.

v  Delivery time may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, courier delays or remote locations.

3.2. Free Shipping

v  Free Shipping on all orders above ₹1999.

v  Orders below ₹1999 will have above stated standard shipping charges applied at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

v  Once the package is shipped, you will receive a tracking link and details via SMS/Whatsapp/Email.

v  You can track your order on the courier partner’s portal.

v  If you do not receive the tracking details within 3 working days, please contact us at Phone No.9443249415 / Email Id: kidzycasa@gmail.com.

5. Delivery Guidelines

v  Orders are delivered Monday-Saturday excluding public holidays.

v  The courier will attempt delivery 3 times before returning the package to us.

v  If the recipient is unavailable, the courier may leave a pickup notice or reschedule the delivery.

5. Unboxing Video Requirement For Claims

v  For damaged, missing or incorrect items, an unboxing video is mandatory.

v  The video must clearly show the sealed package, shipping label and unboxing process.

v  Claims without an unboxing video will not be eligible for refund or replacement.

v  Note: Outer cardboard box damage or dents in the tins or courier cover damage will not be considered as damage and cannot be claimed.

v  Once claim is approved by us, our courier partner will pick up the product if it is unused and in original packaging.

6. Incorrect Shipping Address

v  Ensure you provide the correct shipping address at checkout.

v  If an incorrect address is provided, we are not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages.

v  If the package is returned due to an incorrect address, customer must pay for re-shipping charges.

7. Return to Sender (RTS) Packages

v  If a package is returned due to any of the following reason

a.       Incorrect or incomplete address

b.      Customer Unavailability

c.       Refusal to accept delivery
