Cancellation and Refund Policy

At KIDZY CASA, we are committed to delivering quality products and ensure customer satisfaction with every order. We offer hassle-free cancellation, refund and replacement/exchange. Please read out cancellation, replacement & refund policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Cancellation Policy

1.1 Cancellation /Modification Window

ü  Orders can be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of placing the order and before shipment.

ü  Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

1.2 How to cancel/modify an order

ü  To request a cancellation/modification, whatsapp or call us at Phone No.9443249415 immediately with your Order ID.

1.3 Refund for cancelled orders

ü  If your order is cancelled within the allowed period stated above, a full refund will be credited back to your original payment method within 3-7 business days.

2. Replacement, Return& Refund Policy

2.1 Eligibility for return & refunds

Ø  A refund will only be processed under the following conditions:

ü  Order was cancelled before shipment.

ü  Product was damaged or defective upon delivery (unboxing video required).

ü  Wrong item was received (unboxing video required).

Ø  Products that have been used or damaged by the customer are not eligible for refund.

Ø  Outer cardboard box damage or dents in the tins or courier cover damage will not be considered as damage and are not eligible for refunds or replacements.

Ø  Only the damage that affects the functionality of the product will be considered.

2.2 Unboxing Video Requirement for Claims

Ø  To claim a refund for damaged or incorrect items, an unboxing video is mandatory.

Ø  The video must show:

·         The sealed package before opening

·         The shipping label clearly visible

·         The complete unboxing process

Ø  Claims without an unboxing video will not be eligible for refund.

2.3 Replacement and Exchange Policy

Ø  Instead of refund, You can also request replacement or exchange in the following conditions:

ü  Product received was damaged or defective or has missing parts (unboxing video required).

ü  Wrong item was received (unboxing video required).

Note: Outer cardboard box damage or dents in the tins or courier cover damage will not be considered as damage and cannot be claimed.

3. Replacement / Exchange / Refund Process

Ø  We accept replacement or exchange or returns if the request is made within 24 hours of delivery / receiving the package and the product must be in unused, in original packaging and with all tags attached

Ø  Customer must initiate a request for refund / replacement /exchange with the order ID and unboxing video immediately by contacting our customer support team via Whatsapp.9443249415.

Ø  We will inspect your return / replacement/ exchange request and approve it

Ø  If the replacement/ exchange request is approved, we will arrange the pickup and provide new product.

Ø  If the return is request is approved, we will arrange pickup and the amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 3-7 business days after receiving it by us.

Ø  Note: Incase of replacement/return/exchange, our courier partner will pick up the product only if the product is kept in unused, in its original packaging and include all accessories, manuals and tags.
